(1) No que diz respeito à relação comercial entre o Fornecedor e o Cliente, valem exclusivamente os seguintes Termos e Condições Gerais vigentes no momento do pedido. Outras condições do comprador não são reconhecidas, a não ser que o Fornecedor concorde com sua aplicação por escrito.

(2) O Cliente é considerado consumidor quando adquire os produtos e serviços do Fornecedor na qualidade de destinatário final

(1) O Cliente pode escolher produtos, em especial chupetas e outros artigos para bebês, do sortimento do Fornecedor e os reunir em um local chamado "carrinho de compras" através do botão "colocar no carrinho de compras". Através do botão "enviar pedido", ele solicita de modo vinculante a compra das mercadorias que se encontram no carrinho de compras. Antes de enviar o pedido, o Cliente pode alterar e visualizar os dados a qualquer momento. Contudo, o pedido só pode ser entregue e transmitido depois que o Cliente aceita as presentes condições contratuais clicando no botão "aceitar TCG e política de privacidade de dados". Ao fazer o pedido, o Cliente declara e garante não estar incluindo nenhuma mensagem "inapropriada" para impressão personalizada nos produtos. Mensagem "inapropriada" significa particularmente aquela desagradável, difamadora, insultuosa, pornográfica, sexualmente explícita ou indecorosa, discriminadora ou difamadora.

(2) Em seguida, o Fornecedor envia ao Cliente uma confirmação automática por e-mail, na qual é exibido novamente o pedido do Cliente, que poderá ser impresso por meio da função "imprimir". A confirmação do recebimento pelo Fornecedor registra que o pedido do Cliente foi recebido e aceito.
